Does my dog think I’m a dog?

Sooo..are yooo thinkin wot I’m thinkin Mum?

Does your pooch think you’re a pooch? The answer might surprise you!

While doggos have an incredible sense of smell that allows them to pick up on various scents, they can actually differentiate between humans & dogs based on smell alone.

So, your pooch knows you're not a dog, but that doesn't mean they don't recognize the unique bond you share with them.

Despite the differences in how doggos perceive hoomans & other doggos, the love & connection they feel towards their dog parents are very very special.

Moreover, doggos also have the ability to recognize other pooches by sight, as shown in a study where they could visually distinguish between images of dogs and non-dog animals.

Each dog had to choose between a dog picture & another picture..& they didšŸ‘šŸ½

This means that when your pupper looks at you, they likely see a cherished hooman buddy rather than a fellow pooch.

Even though your dog may not mistake you for one of their doggo pals, they still deeply value the relationship they have with you and consider you an important part of their family. Pooches exhibit behaviors towards their pawrents that reflect the attachment & trust seen in parent-child relationships.

So, your dog may not think you're a dog, but they certainly understand the strong bond & connection you share.  šŸ¾ MORE HERE
