OK..NOW WHAT?
My partner & I can’t agree how much to walk our dog?

Did someone say “walkies”!
Put a hold on the counselling (for now😁) we’ve got you sorted.
The answer depends on a few things including your pooches age and breed.
Puppies need shorter walks: Lots of energy, low stamina, they tire easily. So it’s frequent short walks for little pups. Aim for 5 to 10 minutes three or more times a day.
Senior pooches: Many senior dogs need shorter walks to prevent injuries to joints & muscles. They may tire more quickly. One or two walks a day for 20 to 30 minutes but assess often based on their condition & comfort.
Adult doggos can go on longer walks. The length can be 15 minutes to an hour or more depending on breed & body type. Aim for at least two walks a day (my pooch doesn’t believe there is a limit🙄). The time varies by breed and your doggos condition. Always ramp up gradually.
Time of day: Does your pooch care, no, but morning and evening are mostly good times. Avoid the heat. The hot ground can burn paw pads & overheating & heatstroke can happen quickly.
The average dog is a nicer person than the average person.

“wonderful whisker wizardry💗”
Why dogs have whiskers. Lots of reasons & they’re very important. From finding their way in the dark, through narrow spaces, ‘feeling’ objects without sight, locating food & water, detecting wind direction for locating smells & protecting their eyes & face from injury. They should never be trimmed, pulled or removed. Read more
Does dog food expire? Did you know dog food had an expiration date? Well it’s in the fine print, “best by”or “sell by” and it’s meant to be taken seriously. Read more.
Food or Toys?? 9 out of 10 dogs choose food over toys in the first study of its kind that put food and toys head to head in a simulated training experience. So if you want to train with toys, (like they do with search and rescue dogs), then hide the treats. Read more
OH MY DOG
Clever pooch invades major soccer game, steals the ball & the team adopt him as a substitute!😎

Winners are grinners: Max, new substitute for Alebrijes Oaxaca in his kit..& ball.
A clever and fast dodging pooch invaded the pitch during a televised Mexican second division soccer match & stole the ball (& the show!).
The pooch was unstoppable & took some time to catch, able to escape everyone trying to catch him, all the time with the ball in his mouth, & being cheered on by the crowd!
Clearly Max as he has now been named impressed, as the winning team adopted Max & announced him as their new substitute!
Our fave online comment: “Unacceptable!! Doggo definitely deserved a yellow card and belly rubs for that foul.” 😀
FACT OR FLUFF 🐶 Answer.
